Get Connected
Getting Connected is a fortnightly group for people new to St Nic’s – or regulars who want to find new ways to participate. We welcome people who are just looking, people who are Christians already and anyone whohappens to be in Nottingham for a short time.
Each evening offers a chance to get to know other people and find out how the church works. There is time for informal conversation over a cupof coffee and then we talk to a guest presenter who describes one area of church life in St Nic’s. The evening ends with a brief look at the Bible and some moments of led prayer. Our aim is ‘No weirdness, no pressure!’
We hope you will feel welcome and come along to the group for as long as you like. However, Getting Connected is a transitional group and we hope that within a few months you will find the right way for you to engagewith the life of the church, get connected with others who share that activity, and leave spaces in our group for more newcomers.
All meetings start at 8pm and finish by 9.30pm.
